SAPI-3 w/ST 12
Title:  SAPI-3 w/ST 12
Description:  The Sappi local normally calls for 1030 at the mill...today, it was 1230...just enough time for the storm clouds to roll in! The ex-MEC Somerset Branch is only in place as far as the Sappi mill & this is the only reason it hasn't been mothballed.
